I have always found it useful to draw a line between occult and medicinal/chemical/biological/etc. properties of a material. I want to chew that over a bit here in a loosely practical fashion and highlight the importance of the person to the occult operations. I don’t think this will be saying anything groundbreaking, but I want to walk through the idea a little methodically.
I mentioned briefly that the traditional assignation of metals and planets that circulates through much of the contemporary Anglo-magic scene isn’t the only one available; we have at least two Arabic variants readily available in the archive. Opening it, I found myself looking straight at yet another variant set of metal assignments.
Contemplation can be difficult to describe but it is arguably one of the most essential tools available to us for deepening our connection to the spiritual worlds.
