[PSA] Slow down, Upcoming Series, Pages

So, I have a few plans for the coming weeks for this blog and I want to just give readers a little heads up on that. They may entail a little slow down in new material being posted and some restructuring of the pages. The blog as such shouldn’t change dramatically.

I am using the pages suboptimally at the moment. The blog really is the center of how I engage with this material and that seems to be true for most of my readers if my stats are any indication. So, rather than put energy into dedicated stable pages distinct from the blog posts, I am going to use pages to curate material from the blog. I’m going to pull up material from the blog, clean it up a little or a lot, and put it into pages with links to the original blog post.

To that end, I am going to delete some to most of the pages I have up presently. Most of those will be reposted as blog entries because I don’t want to get rid of them outright, just push them back into the stew of the blog. I won’t do that all at once, but piecemeal so that there isn’t a glut of posts.

I have also been thinking a lot about how to articulate my understanding of occult correspondences. The best way to do that seems to be to just talk about some concrete instances of correspondence. That requires something more systematic than my usual posting here, so I am working on a series of posts on geomantic correspondences. There will probably be a speculative preface to that, but then just a series of seven or eight posts elaborating the relationships I have established between the planets/doubles of the Sefer Yetzirah and the geomantic signs. It’s a bit of a peculiar project, but it helps make sense of I see things hang together.

Since I’ll be putting together a series of posts rather than just writing a bunch of disparate posts, there may be a dip in activity here followed by what I hope will be a period of clockwork regularity as I publish those posts.
